The young sha grow driver beats another driver for accusing him of reckless driving

According to @beepamanda, the face-off with the Young Shall Grow driver driver occurred at Ore, Ondo State, when they stopped over to have lunch. Her post reads;

When we were coming from warri today we stop at Ore to have lunch,the driver of young shall grow motors wanted to hit our sisters while he was trying to park and just because i questioned him while the reason he drove that way,he came down from the bus and started a fight with the young man in the picture . As he was trying to fight with the young shall grow driver to defence,he just bit the chest and hand as seen in the pictures & video! He was even trying to fight the young man family that try to peace after all he did him….crying out loud here to reach out to the owner of young shall grow motors to know the kind of driver they employ.Thanks

The Ogun State Police arraigned a 50-year-old driver, Olusanya Peter, who allegedly drove a truck recklessly and killed a man, before an Ota Magistrates’ Court few days ago.  Peter, who lives at No. 18 Oretunde St., Iyana-Ilogbo, Ota, Ogun, faced a three-count charge of manslaughter, reckless driving and damages.

The Prosecutor, Sgt. Abdulkareem Mustapha, told the court that the accused committed the offences on April 17, at about 4.30 p.m at Adeba, Idiroko road, Olorunda Village, Ota. Mustapha said that the accused drove a Mack truck with registration number AAA-666 XF, in dangerous manner that resulted in the death of one Daniel Faroyi, 25, and damaged a vehicle belonging to Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC). He said that the offences contravened Sections 5, 6(1) and 17 of the Federal Highway Act, Cap. 135 of the Revised Laws of Federation, 2006.
